Mirror Stage / The Limited Narrator

“The Limited Narrator stems from the work in Mirror Stage, where Reality is observed as a hierarchy of events in a continuum of arbitrary scenes, captured in images that observe an excess of information around us, sometimes generating unnoticed mental and spiritual dispersion. This phenomenon becomes more explicit in a glass window or mirror reflection. Illusion gets confused with Reality as images of coexisting events layer and juxtapose each other. To create relationships among these realities, I alter the order of the layers. The new correlation of events constructs new meanings by redrawing the urban and interior context of the subject matter presented. I am a printmaker, a photographer, and a storyteller; hence, my work inherently interprets Reality from its conception.”
